The Terengganu Pro-Asia Cycling Team (TSG) is a limited company (by guarantee) incorporated under the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) on 11 April 2011. The aims of its establishment are to contribute and to fulfill the need for international road race cycling field development programs locally and internationally.

The Terengganu Pro-Asia Cycling Team (TSG) was registered on 1st January 2011 under the Union Cycling International (UCI) via its affiliates, Malaysian National Cycling Federation (MNCF) and Terengganu Cycling Association (PLTB) in order to qualify for continental and all UCI-sanctioned championships.
